What is needed before we arrive:

• Foundation, decks and sub-floor installed square, plumb and level
• Access to site for large two wheel drive trucks
• Temporary power on site
• Port-john on site
• 28 ton or larger crane with operator
• Underground utilities and septic clearly flagged

What needs to be done (exterior) after we leave:

• Install vapor barriers on exterior SIP walls and roofs
• Install windows and doors
• Install exterior siding and trim (Unless you order our handcrafted log siding package) - please contact us for more details on this option.
• Install finish roofing
• Paint or Stain
